Rental was very dirty the floors were absolutely black and sticky had to wear shoes the whole time and they kept getting stuck to the floor. RV needed a lot of service nosies kept coming out water sputters from the RR. Got scratched on our trip and they took the whole $2000 deposit and then some remotes don't work and table fell ( almost on my kids) and smashed my sons Apple Watch. Upon returning they said they needed to charge me a pet fee for the smell even though I don't own any animals and didn't bring one on the trip. I will say it was a quick and easy rental responsive by email not by after hours help.

Booked an RV through Outdoorsy from Robyn DeMarais. When we contacted her to get an update on the status of our request, she said that she found our booking and that we were "in luck" that the RV was still available. All she needed to do was cancel our existing booking and collect more money than the agreed upon price directly. We protested and all she could muster was "I don't know what to tell you". Of course, we declined and reported her to Outdoorsy. EDIT: Update 06/03 I see the owner replied. This isn't true. The specific RV we had already rented and had an agreement number for was available and she confirmed as much on the phone.

Quest RV service is outstanding. Jim and his staff are trained professionals. We bought a 2019 Georgetown in April. We had many manufacturers defects, bad workmanship etc. Forest River recommended Quest RV. By the time we got there we were at our wits and. Jim calmed us down, walked thru our rig, we showed them all of our issues and said no problem. We discussed time frames, estimates on delivery from Forest River and what was realistically possible completion date. We have scheduled our travels to come to Rockwall to have work done on our motorhome because we know the work will be done right and in a timely manner. If you are near the DFW area and need work done, do not hesitate to call Quest. RV.

Excellent experience overall. Reservations and paperwork went extremely smoothly and we handled nearly all of it electronically or over the phone which made check-out even quicker and easier. Helen and Robyn were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Equipment was brand new (Glulfstream Amerilite) and functioned perfectly. We met with the owner, Rich on the way out and he was great. Convenient location just off I-30. Access in and out was easy and weekend drop-off was great. We will be a regular customer...

We were wanting to experience an Airstream before we purchased one and it is difficult to find places that will rent them. However we truly found a hidden treasure when we discovered Quest RV. We enjoyed out first week long adventure so much we just finished our second rental. Helen and staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They know and we know we will return for rentals until we ultimately purchase one of our own.

Having our first trailer go through there camp ready inspection so far amazing they are so personable it's amazing every where else I called was not very helpful. Helen and Randy were so friendly and willing to answer all my questions I will update this after maintenance is done because people like us first timers need to know where they can go for wonderful service. #2. So I said after the work was done I would update my review and let me tell you everyone at Quest RV was wonderful. So much so that we have decided to have them fix the roof on our trailer as well. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and honesty.

Helen and Randy immediately returned our email when one of our units on the road had a small accident, and may have needed assistance while passing through their area, 2000 miles away......2 days into a 30 day trip..... They were able to source parts and have a tech on standby during off-hours, in no time. Our customers ended up not needing the repair, but they acted quickly to setup just in time logistics for a potential service need. This is a great show for someone else, and I am sure the same level of service is passed on to each of their customers. Thanks!

Easy hassle free rental experience. Helen and her team were wonderful explaining everything, made us absolutely comfortable before getting the 30ft RV on the road for our first RV road trip. Easy cheesy peezy! We are definitely city folks but Helen made it so easy and made us feel so comfortable ! We were only going to take a 3 day trip but we ended up taking a 5 day trip! It was so much fun and we miss Minnie Winnie already, best RV experience. We traveled with our 10month old baby and it was a blast! Thanks so much for the memories !!

My wife and I rented a class C RV from Quest RV this past September. We were celebrating a very special occasion and spontaneously went into the location to book the RV for next day. We sat down with Sandy (who was amazing) and got everything ready quickly. I received an e-mail later that day to inform us that the RV would be ready two hours earlier than what they told us, which was great because we were ready to enjoy our little spontaneous vacation. The day we went to pick it up, we also met Helen which greeted us with all smiles. Although I've driven vehicles a lot larger (MTVR), this was my first time driving an RV. We had a very thorough walk around with a gentleman that explained everything there was to know. The staff there were so friendly and made us feel like family. Sandy even came into the RV right before we were about to leave to give us a little present from the Quest RV team. Such an awesome time and such an awesome group of people! It was such a short notice trip and they made it happen for us. This is now our go to place and they have made lifetime customers!
