Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What if a motorhome has a mechanical problem while I’m renting it?
If you have any questions regarding your motorhome, you can contact a technical member of our staff during evenings and weekends by calling our after-hours mobile phone number. In addition you will have access to a nationwide mobile tire service to assist you with roadside repair in the unlikely event of any tire failures.
Do I have to have buy additional insurance?
There are two options for insurance when renting a motorhome from Quest RV Rental. Some insurance companies will extend your personal automobile policy to the rental of a motorhome. Check with your agent to verify coverage. Your other option is to purchase motorhome rental insurance through MBA Choice by logging onto mbachoice.com within seven days of your departure. Once your unit is booked, we will send you the vehicle vin number and our dealer policy number which allows you to purchase coverage. This insurance provides state statutory liability limits and collision with a $2000 deductible per incident. In addition, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is available for purchase.
How early can I pick up my rental, and when does it need to be back?
Pick up may be scheduled as early as 9:30 am, schedule permitting. If you require the unit the night prior to your first rental day contact us for special arrangements. You must return the motorhome by 11:00 AM the day after your last rental night.
What do I need to bring, and what is already provided?
As a part of our Customer Friendly Pricing Package; all units will have fresh linens, pillows, and comforter sets on the rear beds. A coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and freezer all come standard in each motorhome. In addition, paper for lavatory use will be provided, as well as all hoses and connectors for outside hookups. We offer additional amenities for rent such as additional bed linens and Kitchen Kits including basic cooking utensils and dishware. These are available for an additional cost and are found on our Additional Amenities page. Otherwise, cooking supplies, cooking utensils and dishware will need to be supplied by the renter.
Will the TV’s work while driving?
Some of the units have satellite systems that work while in transit. All units have DVD players that work while the motorhome is moving. Portable satellite is available for rent.
How do I find campgrounds with RV hookup’s?
There are many great campgrounds across Texas and the United States with RV hookups. For help locating the right one for your trip, visit the Family Vacations page of our website with links to several campground directories and travel-related websites that will be a great place to start your search.
Where can I service my holding tank?
Most campgrounds and truck stops have waste disposal facilities to drain both your black and gray tanks. Also, there is no charge for returning your motorhome to Quest RV Rental with a full holding tank.
