We rented an RV from Quest RV Rental recently for a trip through Texas. The unit was spotless, and in great shape. Phil was great in helping us reserve and pick up our RV. He worked with our insurance company to secure a binder to cover the RV during the trip. The gentleman who gave us a tour of the RV was VERY thorough and meticulous. Every staff member we came in contact with was very nice, courteous and helpful. Traffic delayed our arrival to pick up our RV, but the staff was accommodating, and stayed until we drove off the lot. Everything worked great, and we had no problems at all during our trip.

Having rented RVs multiple times from multiple companies, Quest RV Rental stands out. They provide everything you need. We've had other companies not provide a fresh water hose, electrical adapters, black tank enzyme pods, etc, and Quest provides everything. It makes such a big difference to pull out of the parking lot confident in knowing that you're prepared for whatever odd situation you might encounter when staying at various RV parks. This was my first time renting an RV. We were gone for almost a week. The crew here was beyond helpful. I stressed about the ins and outs of renting an RV but these guys made as easy as renting a car. We had a great experience with Quest with a last-minute rental over Thanksgiving.  I originally reserved a Solera but Robyn moved us to a new 24' Four Winds 23U after a cancellation.  Robyn and Sandy were very thorough (and honest) answering all of my questions and were kind enough to hold the unit an extra day before needing to commit so I could discuss the trip with my family. They are upfront with all the charges and didn't try to "upsell" me on things I didn't need or want. The unit itself was in great condition and ran very well over our 4,000 mile, 14-day trip out west. We had an all-around great experience with Quest RV Rental. Robyn was so helpful and never lost patience with our many questions and requests. ; -)

The unit itself was perfect for three weeks of travel to Colorado national parks and extended family visits with our ten-year-old grandson. The vehicle ran perfectly, as did everything else  - the shower, sinks, toilet, etc. We rented a grill as well as an ice maker, and they were clean and in good working order.

Check-in, walk-thru, and check-out were all quick and easy. Thanks to Quest RV for helping us make great memories with our grandson!

This was our first time renting RV. Whole process from booking to returning RV was seemless. They are very flexibile and made our trip less stressful rather more enjoyable. Sandy and Robyn went above and beyond to accommodate us. Tech (I think it was Dave) was very detailed and patience explaining the whole system and also guided us when we had minor glitch on the road. My family and I recently rented a large Airstream for a camping trip. We had a flawless experience. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the staff did an excellent job getting us set up. Will definitely be back!
